Andrew Day
Andrew J. Day is COO of OneBridgehouse, focusing on investment opportunities in Europe and the United States. Previously Mr. Day was with Day Capital Partners “DCP”, a boutique private equity firm that concentrated on acquiring value add real estate opportunities. During his four years with the company, Mr. Day was responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities and was instrumental in raising the debt and equity for all of the partnerships. Additionally, he oversaw the asset management for the five properties acquired by the firm totaling approximately 400,000 square feet, handling the financial reporting, investor relationships and managing the leasing efforts of the portfolio.
Andrew started his career on Wall Street, where he worked for five years with GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Hypo Real Estate in their loan origination and underwriting groups. While in New York, Mr. Day assisted in structuring and closing over $3 billion of commercial real estate loans covering all property types throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Andrew Day holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Georgia.
