Mark Stowers

Mark E. Stowers is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta office of BridgehouseLaw. Mr. Stowers' main practice focus is in the areas of corporate, energy, financing, international, private equity and real estate law. He has over 20 years cross border transactional experience and has assisted clients in the formation of limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations as well as in real estate acquisition, financing and sale including fund investments. Mark Stowers has a wealth of experience in real estate matters, especially bridge/mezzanine and senior secured loans; leasing industrial, office, and retail property; and the acquisition, financing and sale of apartment projects. In addition, Mr. Stowers advises on the purchase and sale of coal, oil and gas assets. Based on his experience as a principal in energy and real estate investments, Mr. Stowers provides clients with both legal and practical business solutions.

Mr. Stowers spent the previous 10 years as a partner in charge of business development and acquisitions for a private investment company. The company owned, developed and managed real estate projects in Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix and New York and various Appalachian energy projects. Mr. Stowers also helped Dr. Rückel establish his first US law office in Atlanta in 1994.

Mr. Stowers is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbard and has a JD (Cum Laude) from Mercer Law School 1988 (Law Review, Merit Scholar) and a BA Economics from The University of Georgia 1985.
