Stefan Lode
Dr. Stefan Lode is partner of the OBH GmbH in Munich and head of OBH´s business advisory unit. Stefan Lode attended law school at the University of Münster specializing in the fields of corporate and International law, and received a Dr. jur. (PHD) in 1997 in Media Law. From 1996 to 2005 he was attorney at law with International and US law firms and practiced corporate law with a focus on international business transactions.
In 2005, Stefan Lode became part of Bertelsmann as the teamleader of the Cooperation Business unit of the German entity of Bertelsmann-Direct Group in Berlin. In 2007 he became member of the Management Board (Geschäftsleitung) of Donauland – Bertelsmann- Direct Group Austria in Vienna and he was responsible for Marketing & Sales, Sidebusiness, Business Development. From 2010 to 2012 he worked for Burda Direkt Group as a member of the management Board (Geschäftsleitung) of FTM GmbH, a Burda owned company in the field of Travel- and hotel - business. He took part in the leadership Programme of Bertelsmann University and got an additional qualification in business mediation and coaching.
With his experiences in the legal consulting and as executive manager in big companies, Stefan Lode is expert in consulting companies in business matters that are related to legal questions. He can evaluate the economical opportunities considering the legal risks of business scenarios and helps OBH´s clients to find the right strategy for business expansion.
