Walter Brunner
Walter Brunner is a consultant for real estate projects in Germany. He received his degree in Business (Diplomkaufmann/MBA) after serving as an officer for 12 years with the German Army (Bundeswehr). He started thereafter his own real estate practice ( Brunner Immobilien) in 1983 and in 1989 continued with the family real estate business in Munich with his father, Dr. Manfred Brunner at PCM Dr. Brunner and Partner GmbH. In 2006 after his father’s retirement, he continued with his family owned company, b1 real estate. Today Mr. Brunner works with the OneBridgehouse Development Team in Munich. Since 1989, his work focuses in using his experience and network in the consulting and planning of real estate projects with a focus on hotel + retail especially in Bavaria and Munich. He maintains close relationships with major real estate portfolio holders and developers and has a wide range of experience also in the field of construction management and processing of real estate projects from early concept to delivery. Mr. Brunner is part of a growing network of international architects and planners.
